I recently attended an in-person training event for the first time in a few years. I was reluctant to go, but energized once I got there. It was wonderful to interact with many of my colleagues who I had previously only met online. It also provided me with some insight into how to ease the transition back into the office. Nudging People to Learn

As a mother of teenagers, I am constantly treading that fine line between nudging and nagging. Sometimes, a simple suggestion is all it takes to ensure that something will never be explored or discussed again! Turns out, the format of the nudge is not as important as shaping the environment where we make decisions. When considered as one part of a much larger training ecosystem, nudge theory has some interesting applications.
